About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to transform raw property footage into high-converting marketing assets. Your work will directly impact the sales of our residential projects ( Bostan Homes) and investment opportunities (Bostan Avenue).
Responsibilities
Property Walkthroughs: Edit cinematic 2–5 minute tours of residential and commercial sites.
Short-Form Content: Create high-energy Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (15–60 seconds) with scroll-stopping hooks.
Visual Enhancements: Perform professional color grading (clean/bright real estate standard), sky replacement, and speed ramping.
Branding & Info: Seamlessly integrate our company logo, website, and contact details into every video.
Storytelling: Use text overlays and motion graphics to highlight key USPs (location, price, amenities).
Requirements
Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Portfolio: Must have a portfolio showcasing previous real estate or architectural work.
Trends: Up-to-date with current social media trends, trending audio, and transitions.
Turnaround: Ability to deliver edited reels within 24–48 hours of receiving raw footage.
