Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to support our small business by maintaining accurate financial records. The primary responsibility will be to record daily financial transactions and manage bookkeeping activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter daily financial transactions into accounting software
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (income, expenses, assets, liabilities)
  • Record invoices, bills, receipts, and bank transactions
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain ledgers and supporting documentation
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
  • Good understanding of debit/credit entries
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of GST/TDS is an advantage

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred
  • Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply

Work Type
