Job Description
- Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects, including workflows, permission schemes, issue types, screens, and automation rules
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation solutions using Groovy and Python
- Implement and support integrations via REST APIs between Jira and internal or external systems
- Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance in line with internal policies and enterprise standards
- Analyse requirements from IT and business stakeholders and translate them into robust Jira solutions
- Support incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root‑cause resolution related to Jira configurations and automations
- Maintain and version‑control code and configuration artefacts using Git
- Support data‑related use cases including reporting and automation based on SQL and relational databases
- Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling, automation, and platform governance
