Jira Developer

Key Experience & Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in Jira Data Center (DC) configuration and administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Confluence and Crowd configuration and integration.
• Experience working with multiple Jira configuration plugins, including Jira Portfolio / Advanced Roadmaps.
• Perform Jira configuration, customization, and optimization to support business and project needs.
• Support and manage Jira projects across Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery models.
• Configure workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications.
• Provide guidance and best practices for teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Troubleshoot Jira performance, access, and configuration-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Jira Data Center environments.
• Proven experience with Confluence and Crowd administration.
• Experience with Jira Portfolio / Advanced Roadmaps.
• Ability to work effectively in both Sprint-based Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
