Work cross functionally to design solutions that empower various business units to
manage their work in the most efficient manner, with a primary focus on Jira and
Confluence.
• Design and build Jira projects and workflows, focusing on practical and efficient
designs and intuitive user interfaces.
• Develop, document, and coach others on best practices for Atlassian applications,
including project configuration and management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities into projects and
how they are used and managed.
• Find creative ways to increase the Atlassian software user base and expand on
application use.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training for new and existing users as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner and implement corrective actions to
prevent recurrence of system-related problems.
• Manage user access control, application permission management, integration,
sandbox management, etc.
• Respond to approved requests for new projects, as well as enhancements to
existing projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software,
Confluence, or other IT ticket management applications).
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Information
Technology)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating highly impactful projects.
• Familiarity with data security, access controls, and data governance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Able to perform other duties as assigned.
