As the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, you will help them select jewelry that matches their preferences while showcasing in-depth product knowledge and top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend jewelry pieces that suit their style and occasion.
- Provide detailed information on product features, materials, pricing, and care instructions.
- Handle sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay up to date on current jewelry trends, collections, and materials.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Support promotional campaigns and collaborate with marketing as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a sales role; experience in thejewelry industryis highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of jewelry products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Friendly, customer-first attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma required; certifications inSalesorMarketingare a plus.
