Role OverviewUnbridaled AI is seeking a Jewelry Operations & Customer Service lead to manage order flow and client communication from purchase through delivery. This role includes handling custom orders, requiring a strong understanding of fine jewelry and the ability to guide clients with clarity and precision.
Location: India (Remote)
Shift: US Time Zone
Responsibilities- Receive, confirm, and process customer orders
- Manage custom orders by working directly with clients to define specifications
- Enter orders accurately into internal systems
- Coordinate with the workshop to initiate production
- Track all open orders and ensure timelines are met
- Proactively follow up on delays and resolve issues
- Maintain clear records of orders and communications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
Requirements- Strong knowledge of fine jewelry (stones, settings, production timelines)
- Experience in jewelry operations, custom sales, or order management
- Exceptional written and spoken English (must be fluent at a professional level)
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and order management tools
- Comfortable working US hours
Preferred- Experience working with US-based clients
- Background in custom jewelry or bespoke client work
