Role Overview:Responsible for end-to-end merchandising including collection planning, launch execution, vendor coordination, production management, and showroom sales support.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan collection launches based on market trends, festivals, and business goals
- Develop rollout plans (36 months prior) and coordinate with marketing/social media
- Brief design teams/vendors and curate collections with a strong product mix
- Manage vendors, sampling, production timelines, and order execution
- Ensure quality, timely delivery, and smooth coordination across teams
- Track product performance and optimize inventory & planning
- Assist in showroom sales, customer interaction, and feedback collection
Requirements:- 18 years of merchandising experience (jewelry preferred)
- Strong skills in collection planning, vendor management & production
- Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
