Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant role based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include assisting customers with selecting jewelry pieces, managing sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable shopping experiences. The Jewelry Consultant will also provide expertise on customization options and work collaboratively with the team to meet store sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide a premium experience.
• Experience in Retail Sales to support achieving sales targets and handling transactions efficiently.
• Knowledge of Jewelry Design to guide customers in selecting or customizing unique pieces.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and deliver exceptional Customer Experience.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for jewelry and luxury goods.
• Prior experience in a retail or jewelry-related role is mandatory.
