Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Retail Trainer. As a Retail Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for retail staff, enhancing their skills to provide exceptional customer service. This includes conducting training sessions, coaching team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring the application of training across retail operations to drive effective customer engagement and optimal sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development and Coaching to effectively guide and educate retail staff
• Strong Communication skills to clearly deliver training content and foster collaboration
• Customer Service skills to ensure retail staff can meet and exceed client expectations
• Proficiency in Training program delivery with the ability to evaluate and enhance learning processes
• Problem-solving mindset with the capability to adapt quickly to fast-paced retail environments
• Previous experience in retail or training roles, particularly in customer-centric industries, is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a relevant field is preferred
