Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewellery Sales Officer, located in Kolkata. The Jewellery Sales Officer will be responsible for engaging with customers, ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales operations, generating and following up on leads, and supporting channel sales activities. The role involves establishing a positive rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
