Title: Head of Operations – Retail Jewellery
Location: Hyderabad (Travel Required)
Experience: 6–10 years (Jewellery retail mandatory)
Compensation: ₹18–24 LPA (Based on experience)
Reports To: CEO
Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Head of Operations to lead retail store performance across locations, with a strong focus on driving sales, operational excellence, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations & Customer Experience
- Drive SOP implementation across stores covering operations, inventory control, loss prevention, and store upkeep
- Ensure a premium in-store experience and handle escalations to build customer trust
- Maintain strong standards of VM, hygiene, and overall store readiness
2. Sales Performance & Store Growth
- Own store-level sales targets and drive conversion, upselling, and ticket size growth
- Analyse sales trends and implement actions to improve footfall and performance
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and new collection launches
3. Team Leadership & Inventory Management
- Hire, train, and manage store teams with clear performance frameworks
- Oversee stock planning, replenishment, audits, and minimisation of shrinkage
- Conduct regular store reviews to improve execution and resolve bottlenecks
What We're Looking For- Strong experience in jewellery retail operations with a proven sales track record
- Prior experience in large chains (e.g. Tanishq, Malabar, ORRA) or strong regional players (e.g. PNG) is a big plus
- Hands-on leader with strong execution and team management skills
- Understanding of customer behaviour, retail trends, and store operations
- Knowledge of ACME ERP is a strong advantage
