ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set Monthly targets to achieve sales for all active designers: plan activities to be followed to achieve the targets.
- Check sales daily and plan on how to achieve it with the category head.
- Keep a track on Insta/ websites related to designers
- Designer relationship building
- Checking Competitive websites regarding data. Discounts, no. of uploads etc
- Category Building
- New designer onboarding: Looking for designers to build the categories involved in menswear, doing a selection from collection look books: negotiating on MD, Sharing contract.
- Onboarding the designer's new collection: Call collection for shoot/ get approval on designer images from the team.
- Following up on the new collection line sheet with the designer once generated and shared.
- Check line sheet for all required details and add to the merch sheet for upload schedule.
- Follow up with designer regarding marketing material
- Follow up with designers regarding discounts
- Follow up with designers regarding stock for stores
- Sequencing on the designer page if needed
- Providing designer names to marketing to promote on home page weekly for mainstay and drop down
- Keeping Ready to Ship up to date
- Follow up with designers regarding Catalog Validation every month
- Checking inward log daily in the morning and evening
- Escalations: Delay Order updates, PO rejections
- Checking Disclaimer times
- Adding changes to be done on product update related to the price change, description change, in stock/out stock
SKILL SETS
- Candidates preferred with a multi-designer/ luxury jewelry background.
- Preferred experience of 2-4yrs
- Good communication skills & a team player.
