Roles & Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the design team, overseeing collections, SKU planning, data

management, and jewellery production technicals

● Establish and maintain SOPs; ensure accuracy and organization of all design data

● Conduct regular customer interactions and store visits for feedback and alignment

● Collaborate closely with jewellery designers to drive cohesive design direction

Required Knowledge & Skills

● Strong understanding of fine jewellery and end-to-end production processes

● Proficiency in CAD, rendering, and CorelDRAW

● Knowledge of gemstones, settings, metals, and technical parameters

Personality Traits

● Extroverted, presentable, and confident in team leadership

● Detail-oriented with strong data management and creative thinking skills
