Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Consultant located in Sodepur, Kolkata. The Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with jewelry design selection, offering guidance on fashion jewelry, and performing polishing services. The Jewellery Consultant will also participate in training sessions to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry skills
• Customer Service experience
• Polishing skills
• Training in jewelry-related topics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of different types of jewelry materials and gemstones
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
