Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Manual professional based in Mumbai. The role involves crafting and designing unique jewelry pieces, ensuring high-quality polishing standards, assisting in the creation of fashion jewelry, and collaborating with the team to meet client needs. Additionally, the role involves providing exemplary customer service and conducting training sessions to enhance skills and ensure quality output.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Jewelry Design and creating intricate and artistic designs that cater to diverse customer preferences
• Skills in Polishing and crafting high-quality Fashion Jewelry items
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service for client satisfaction and loyalty
• Ability to lead and contribute to Training sessions for team skill enhancement
• Knowledge of current jewelry trends and market dynamics
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high craftsmanship standards
