Role Description

Vectorr AI is hiring experienced faculty members for JEE Advanced and NEET (Biology) to contribute to AI-driven educational initiatives.

The selected candidates will work closely with AI research and product teams, leveraging their deep subject expertise to support AI training, evaluation, and content enhancement initiatives. This role requires strong academic depth, hands-on familiarity with AI tools, and the ability to contribute within notebook-based LLM environments.

Engagement Terms

1. Role: Independent Contractor (IC)
2. Location: Remote
3. Availability Requirement: Minimum 4 hours per day
4. Compensation: $60$80 per hour (based on experience and profile)
5. Experience Required: 8+ years of active teaching experience

Responsibilities

1. Subject-Matter Expertise & AI Collaoration
2. Contribute domain expertise in JEE Advanced or NEET (Biology)
3. Support AI model training, evaluation, and refinement workflows
4. Review and validate academic content for accuracy and rigor
5. Work within notebook-based LLM environments for testing and experimentation
6. AI Tools & Technical Contrubution
7. Utilize AI tools to enhance teaching methodologies and workflows
8. Work comfortably in Google Colab and similar notebook-based platforms
9. Apply working knowledge of Python for instructional and AI-related tasks
10. Quality & Academic Exellence
11. Maintain high standards of academic depth and conceptual clarity
12. Contribute to continuous improvement of AI-driven educational systems
13. Collaborate with cross-functional AI, product, and research teams

Qualifications

1. Minimum 8+ years of active teaching experience for JEE Advanced or NEET (Biology)
2. Currently working as a teacher or serving a notice period
3. Strong subject-matter expertise with proven academic results
4. Working knowledge of Python (Mandatory)
5. Comfortable working with Google Colab and notebook-based LLM environments (Mandatory)
6. Ability to dedicate 4 hours per day
7. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with reputed national coaching brands such as: FIITJEE, ALLEN Career Institute, Aakash Institute, Bansal Classes, Resonance, Narayana Group, Unacademy, PhysicsWallah, Vedantu.
2. Alumni from prestigious institutions.
3. Experience using AI tools in teaching
4. Strong academic or public educator presence (including well-known YouTube faculty)
