Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer (JE) role based in Surat. The Junior Engineer will be involved in overseeing technical operations, ensuring machinery and equipment are functioning effectively, and performing regular maintenance activities. The role includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting in project implementation, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards as per organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, machinery, and equipment maintenance
- Skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem-solving for technical systems
- Proficiency in using industry-specific software tools and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities for record-keeping
- Team collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical details clearly
- Educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or a related field of Engineering
- Experience in renewable energy or electrical manufacturing is a plus
