Description

We are seeking a JD Edwards E1 Finance Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in implementing and supporting JD Edwards E1 Finance modules, ensuring that the financial systems align with business objectives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the financial requirements of the organization and implement JD Edwards E1 solutions accordingly.
• Configure JD Edwards E1 Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within JD Edwards E1.
• Provide support and maintenance for the JD Edwards E1 Finance modules, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users on JD Edwards E1 Finance functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JD Edwards E1 Finance applications in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest JD Edwards E1 features and industry best practices to continuously improve system functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-18 years of experience in JD Edwards E1 Finance functional implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of JD Edwards E1 Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards E1 tools and development methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and design solutions using JD Edwards E1.
• Experience in financial reporting and analytics within JD Edwards E1.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SQL and data extraction methods from JD Edwards E1.
