Role: NodeJs -Backend Developer

Experience Range: 4-10 Years

Required Technical Skill Set: JavaScript, Node.js, Typescript, Next.js

Location: Chennai

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Typescript, Next.js, Azure, Git, Backend for frontends (BFFs) and Contentful, Code repo: Git, Mono repo CI/CD : Github action, Gitops Environment

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Strong hands-on experience in Node.js development.Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and asynchronous programming concepts.Experience building RESTful APIs and working with Express.js or similar frameworks.Familiarity with version control tools like Git and agile development environments.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Node.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and services.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning

Understand client requirements and prepare designs for translating those into software applications

Uses coding standars in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality

Ensuring designs comply with specifications

Support continuous improvement
