Java Trainer

Anudip Foundation is a professionally managed Indian not-for-profit Section 8 company registered under the Companies Act, 2013. Founded in 2007, Anudip is one of the partner organizations of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), with a mission to create digital livelihoods for disadvantaged youth in India. The company provides best-in-class training using innovative technologies and professional diploma and certificate courseware, and has successfully placed more than 100,000 students across 92+ training centers in 18 major states of India.

This is a full-time remote role for a Java Trainer. The Java Trainer will be responsible for delivering instruction and support to trainees, developing courseware, administering assessments, and continually assessing and improving the quality of the training program.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Java development.
• Proven experience as a technical trainer, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in developing learning materials and assessments.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
• Demonstrated expertise in web application development, RESTful APIs, and front-end web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with popular web frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring, and a commitment to creating digital livelihoods for disadvantaged communities.
