Technical Trainer - SDET (Java, Python)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SDET Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for aspiring Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java programming, software testing methodologies, and full-stack development, along with a proven ability to mentor and inspire learners.

Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions on topics such as Core Java, Advanced Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Data Structures, Algorithms, and Advanced Java concepts.
• Provide in-depth training on web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular/React) and back-end development (Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).

SDET Focused Content:

• Cover key SDET topics including automation testing frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit), API testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Deliver modules on version control systems (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and debugging techniques.

Customized Learning:

• Design and adapt the curriculum to suit batch-specific needs, ensuring alignment with the outlined schedule and objectives.
• Mentor participants in solving coding problems and developing projects that simulate real-world scenarios.

Evaluation and Feedback:

• Assess learners progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve and achieve their learning goals.

Industry Best Practices:

• Share insights and experiences on industry trends, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and best practices for test automation and DevOps.
