Role Description:

We are looking for a Java Technical Team Lead who possesses strong hands-on development skills along with proven leadership abilities. Candidates with experience in the Fintech or Forex Trading domain will be highly preferred. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in backend engineering, with deep expertise in Java, microservices-based architecture, and API development, along with conceptual or high-level exposure to Vaadin Framework, Kotlin, and iOS Swift.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in people management, including leadership responsibilities. In this position, you will lead a team focused on developing and enhancing trading platform integrations, liquidity management systems, price feed services, risk engines, and trade execution services.

This position demands strong technical ownership and oversight, as well as close collaboration with Product, QA, DevOps, and Mobile teams across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in backend software development using Java
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development
• Prior experience in the Fintech or Forex Trading domain is preferred
• Working or conceptual knowledge of Vaadin Framework, Kotlin, and iOS Swift
• 1+ year of experience in people management or technical leadership roles
• Solid understanding of scalable, high-availability, and low-latency systems
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Mobile
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
