Job Title : Java Tech Lead

Experience

Key Skills & Technologies

Strong hands-on experience in Java development
Excellent command over Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices)
Proven experience with third-party API integrations (payment gateways, external services, partner systems)
Experience working on large-scale, high-traffic applications
Exposure to Fintech domain is highly preferred
Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP (for lead-level responsibilities)
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, scalability, and performance optimization

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for heavy traffic workloads
Oversee and implement complex third-party integrations
Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Review code, conduct design discussions, and drive technical decisions
Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
