Overview:
Seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead skilled in Java (8+), Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs, with hands-on development expertise and strong design knowledge. Experience with Azure Cloud and CI/CD is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Write clean, testable code and perform unit testing with JUnit.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Prepare technical design documents and architecture diagrams.
- Manage source control with Git/GitLab and ensure code quality through reviews.
- Collaborate in Agile teams for timely delivery.
- Handle incident management, RCA, and provide technical/team support.
- Engage in client communication and requirement discussions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of Design Patterns and JUnit testing.
- Experience with Git/GitLab and PostgreSQL (or similar DBs).
- Ability to create technical designs and flow diagrams.
