Lead software development projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and architect scalable systems and microservices using Java technologies.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in development.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, implementing effective solutions.
Stay updated with emerging trends in Java development and share knowledge with the team.
Ensure compliance with software development standards and documentation processes.
10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java technologies.
Spring Boot, Oracle, Angular, CICD pipelines, Security scan tools (Veracode, Mend & Acunetix), Design patterns, Architectural principles, Agile methodology.
Proven experience in a technical lead role, guiding teams in software development projects.
Extensive knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
