Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Design, develop, and guide teams in building secure and scalable payment systems.
- Integrate backend services with cloud HSMs, acquirers, and payment gateways.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Apply design patterns and OOP principles to solve complex technical problems.
- Ensure high standards of security, performance, and reliability in system design.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies.
Skills & Requirements: -Education & Experience- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in payment services or the financial technology domain.
Technical Skills- Strong proficiency in Java, Java EE, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools.
- Experience with web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, etc.).
- Knowledge of cryptography and payment security standards.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices-based architectures.
- Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
Behavioral Skills- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have- Industry-recognized certifications.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of payment services and financial domain concepts.
