Requirements
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Spring Bootbased applications and solutions.
- Lead, collaborate with, and manage the team to ensure effective execution and delivery.
- Take ownership of technical and team-level decision-making.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical and architectural decisions.
- Design and deliver solutions to address challenges within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen their technical skills and domain knowledge.
- Continuously assess and enhance development processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
Additional Information
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot is required.
- This role is based at the Bengaluru office.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
