Java Software Engineer

Role Description:

Primary Skill Set: Core Java, Java 8, Object Oriented Programming, Hibernate, JPA, Spring boot, Spring Microservices, Rest API, Caching, Apache Kafka

Secondary Skill Set: Angular 12, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PL-SQL, PostgreSQL Enterprisedb, MongoDB

Must-Have

• Hands on Experience working in Core Java, JAVA 8.

• Hands on Experience Hibernate, JPA, Spring boot, Rest API, Unit Testing Framework.

• Hands on experience on Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Transactions.

• Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservices design patterns

• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and caching solutions Redis.

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka is plus

• Experience in performing Unit Testing

• Having Knowledge of Git, and Maven

• Experience with Linux, Windows

Good-to-Have

• Basic knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL Database, SQL, PL/SQL

• Hands on experience working in Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

S No Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Develop code for Requirements, Problem Request, Change requests as per design

2 Develop and Maintain Code for the assigned modules and functionalities

3 Providing realistic solutions for issues escalated in a production environment to ensure customers are running smoothly in the shortest amount of time possible

4 Analysis and execution of proactive actions based upon alerting and monitoring before concerns become critical problems

5 Able to work in Fast paced and Dynamic environment

6 Working to develop solutions and provide fixes to manage performance within acceptable thresholds and SLA

7 Documents Design documents and User Manuals for owned modules

8 Communication skills to adequately convey analysis and status of assigned tasks
