Job Title: Java Backend Developer Microservices & AI Tooling

Location:Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in microservices architecture and Azure AKS. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern development practices and comfortable leveraging AI tools (especially Claude/Anthropic) and automation to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and manage microservices-based architecture with high availability and performance
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Utilize AI tools (Claude/Anthropic) to improve development workflows, code quality, and productivity
• Implement automation for development, testing, and deployment processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Required Skills (Must Have):

• Java / Spring Boot
• Microservices Architecture Strong hands-on experience
• Claude (Anthropic AI Tooling)
• Strong understanding of backend design patterns and RESTful APIs

Good to Have Skills:

• Azure Cloud (AKS, deployment, monitoring) Proficiency
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to automation frameworks and productivity tools
