Job Description: Java Full Stack Developer (React.js & Azure)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with proven expertise in building robust backend services using Java/Spring Boot, developing dynamic user interfaces with React.js, and deploying scalable applications on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end software delivery, optimizing application performance, and implementing cloud-native architectures in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design and implement scalable microservices using Java (versions 17/21 preferred) and the Spring Boot framework.
• Frontend Development: Build highly responsive, component-based user interfaces and Micro Frontends (MFE) using React.js, Hooks, and Redux.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, configure, and manage cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure using services like AKS, App Services, and Azure Functions.
• API Architecture: Develop and consume secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless client-server communication.
• Database Management: Design optimized schemas and queries for relational databases (PostgreSQL/Azure SQL) and NoSQL stores (Cosmos DB).
• DevOps Pipelines: Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Quality Assurance: Author comprehensive unit and integration tests using frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and Jest.
• Collaboration: Work in cross-functional Agile teams alongside Product Managers, QA, and Security engineers to translate business rules into technical code.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Engineering

• Core Java (Java 8, 11, 17, or 21)
• Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data)
• Microservices Architecture & Distributed Systems
• Hibernate / JPA ORM tools

Frontend Engineering

• React.js and core state management (Redux / Context API)
• Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Semantic HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap) [1]

Cloud & DevOps (Microsoft Azure)

• Azure Compute (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Container Instances)
• Containerization (Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS)
• Azure Storage & Databases (Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)
• CI/CD automation via Azure DevOps or Jenkins

Identity & Security (Azure Active Directory, OAuth2, JWT)

Soft Skills & Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience with Git, Maven, or Gradle build automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and clean code practices (SOLID principles).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is a plus
