Job Description

We are looking for Associate Java Developers to join our team in Bangalore or Chennai. Candidates should have a BE, BTech, or MTech degree, with experience in product-based companies and a background from a Tier 1 institute. Immediate joiners are preferred. This role offers a hybrid work culture.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES

Up to 4 years of proven experience as a software developer or in a similar role

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.

Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

Familiarity with software development tools such as IDEs, version control systems, and build automation tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django) is a plus.

Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is preferred.

Relevant certifications in Java and Python programming are advantageous
