8-10 years of experience in backend development using Java.

Strong hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.

Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).

Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.

Familiarity with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).

Observability and production ownership

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).

Knowledge of CI/CD tools, version control systems (Git), and build tools (Maven/Gradle).

Understanding performance optimization, logging, and monitoring tools.
