Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Java Software Engineer based in India. We're hiring a Java developer to join project delivery teams. You'll work on a highly configurable enterprise platform — building custom solutions, extending platform capabilities, and developing integrations across systems.

Qualifications

 ∙ 2–4 years of experience with Core Java, J2EE, JSF, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA

∙ Strong ability to learn and work within complex, feature-rich platforms

∙ Quick to pick up product functionality and translate business requirements into technical solutions

∙ Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful and SOAP Web Services

∙ Strong working knowledge of XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques

∙ Experience with API design, endpoint development, and integration middleware

∙ Understanding of data modeling and mapping across disparate systems

∙ Familiarity with message queues, event-driven architectures, or ETL processes is a plus

∙ Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, token-based auth) in integration contexts

∙ Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript

∙ Experience with Git-based version control

∙ Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills

∙ Clear communicator who can work independently and within a team
