This role involves developing robust, scalable backend systems and APIs using Java technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, RESTful services, and database integrations and should be passionate about building secure, high-performance fintech solutions.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support web and mobile front-end applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Manage and interact with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and maintain high code quality.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Work with DevOps tools like Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing services and applications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improve performance and maintainability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MSC).
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
- Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and containerization tools (Docker).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
- Prior experience in fintech or a similar domain is an added advantage.
