About the Role
We are hiring Java Developers with strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern backend development practices. The ideal candidate should have solid coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile environments.
Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Core Java, Java 8+, and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable REST APIs and microservices-based architectures.
- Work on design, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and implement fixes.
- Participate actively in code reviews, requirement analysis, and Agile ceremonies.
- Optimize performance, improve code quality, and ensure best development practices.
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 38 years of hands-on development experience with:
- Core Java & Java 8+
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Core
- Microservices architecture
- REST APIs
- Hibernate / JPA
- SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of OOPs, data structures, multithreading, design patterns.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit/Mockito.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to debug issues independently and deliver high-quality code.
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS Cloud or any cloud environment.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Exposure to API gateways, messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
