Job Overview
We seek a mid-level Java Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 + years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+ (Mandatory skill) to design and develop robust software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Spring Framework (Mandatory skill) for building enterprise-level applications.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (Mandatory skill) to manage and maintain database systems efficiently.
- Proficient in Hibernate ORM for data management and ensuring seamless integration with databases.
- Experience with Docker for containerization, allowing applications to run smoothly in different environments.
- Kubernetes knowledge to orchestrate and manage containerized applications effectively.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs conforming to best coding practices and standards.
- Experience in Microservices Architecture to build scalable, flexible, and resilient applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications in alignment with business specifications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and architect new features and system improvements.
- Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code that adheres to software development standards.
- Participating in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase and provide insightful feedback.
- Managing and improving database operations using Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies.
- Utilizing containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs to support frontend services and external partners.
- Implementing microservices architecture to create modular and independently deployable services.
