About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Java Developers with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Security, etc.), and RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and Docker/Kubernetes is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of multithreading, collections, and concurrency in Java.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit/TestNG and mocking frameworks like Mockito.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Gradle.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
