Job Description:

• B-Tech/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

• 4+ years of experience in Java.

• Strong hands on in Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Strong hands on Design Pattern & MSA (Micro service architecture).

• Profound insight of JVM internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.) & Multithreading.

• Experience in developing web applications using at least 1 popular web framework (Spring boot).

• Experience with Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, Slack).

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, MySQL, SQL and ORM technologies

• Strong knowledge of caching concepts and event driven programming.

• Ability to work with legal, product and internal business owners.

• Experience related FinTech, e-commerce business

• Good understanding of agile methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Cloud technologies and distributed system experience

• Experience in handling highly scalable and fault tolerant Software.

• Proficient in AWS/Linux environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Backend developer responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code and review, test, and debug team members code.

• Prepare and produce releases of software components on schedule

• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

• Identify and analyze user requirements.

• Priorities, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.

• Design database architecture. .

• Design HLD and LLD for features

• Ensure our applications are secure and up to date.

• Breakdown of bigger problems in smaller problems and tasks delegation.
