Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Javabased microservices and highperformance applications (Spring Boot, J2EE).

Build and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitlearn, or XGBoost.

Contribute to GenAI initiatives (LLMs, RAG, agents, vector DBs).

Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and versioning.

Collaborate with product, data, and architecture teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions.

Mentor engineers and ensure code quality, design reviews, and best engineering practices.

Required Skills

810 years of experience in software engineering; strong handson Java expertise (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices).

4+ years of experience building and deploying production AI/ML models.

Strong skills in Python/Java, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitlearn).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).

Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Understanding of Prompt Engineering, GenAI and Agentic AI

Nice to Have

Experience in telecom or enterprise SaaS domains.

Exposure to realtime streaming (Kafka).

Prior experience mentoring interns or junior developers.
