Java Senior / Lead

AMK Group is actively seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Java Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, Redux, and AWS technologies, coupled with significant experience in application deployment across Windows and Linux platforms. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions critical to our company's success, with a focus on robust application infrastructure, security, and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices for backend systems.
• Front-end Development: Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Redux.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Leverage AWS technologies for cloud-native application development, deployment, and management.
• Application Deployment & Release Management:Act as a release manager with strong experience in Java application deployment.
• Solid experience in deploying applications in both Windows and Linux platforms.
• Apply knowledge of networking concepts to support application infrastructure setup and communications with upstream and downstream systems.
• Implement security concepts to support setting up a secure application environment.
• System & Database Integration:Work with server environments including Windows/IBM WebSphere App Server and Linux/JBoss EAP, JBoss HTTPD.
• Interact with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Scripting & Automation: Utilize Java, Windows Batch/Powershell, and Linux Shell Scripting for automation and operational tasks.
• Problem Solving & Analysis: Apply excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making) to drive application/component setup and troubleshooting in Windows and Linux platforms.
• Collaboration & Communication: Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Possess a passion for learning and a willingness to solve complex problems, constantly seeking to improve development and deployment processes.
• Source Control & Development Tools: Work with a variety of source control and development tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Total Experience: 9-15 years of hands-on experience in Java Fullstack Development.
• Mandatory Skills:Core Java (strong proficiency).
• React/Redux (hands-on experience).
• AWS (experience with cloud services for development and deployment).
• Microservices architectures.
• Spring Boot framework.
• Deployment & Operations:Experience as a release manager for Java application deployments.
• Solid experience in deploying applications on both Windows and Linux platforms.
• Understanding of networking and security concepts related to application infrastructure.
• Analytical & Soft Skills:Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Passion for learning and problem-solving.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube.
• Experience with JBoss EAP and IBM WebSphere application servers.
• Experience with Oracle DB and Microsoft SQL Server DB.
