Java Python Developer

Qcentrio is seeking a dedicated Java Developer (as per the provided responsibilities) with the ability to grasp complex business domains and database structures. You will be instrumental in translating business requirements into robust technical specifications, and in designing, coding, unit testing, and debugging Java applications. This role requires adherence to coding best practices, active participation in Scrum ceremonies, and close collaboration with SMEs and Product Managers to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain & Requirements: Grasp the business domain and the database structure of the respective module. Decode business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Java Development Lifecycle: Design, code, unit test, and debug Java applications.
• Code Quality & Timelines: Ensure timely completion of code development to achieve product releases on schedule. Follow coding best practices, write clean modular code, and maintain optimal code quality.
• Testing & Bug Fixing: Perform code regression testing and fix any bugs identified during the testing cycle.
• Agile Collaboration: Be an active part of the Scrum Team, adhering to and following Scrum practices as guided by the Scrum Master.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Managers, and other members of the project team for requirements specification and detailed engineering analysis.
