Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Java-based projects using Spring Boot and microservices architecture across the full SDLC.
Translate business requirements into clear technical scope, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating with architects and senior developers.
Manage project plans, effort estimation, resource allocation, risk logs, and status reporting for multiple concurrent initiatives.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective Agile/Scrum practices are followed.
Collaborate with Java and Angular teams to design and deliver integrated backend and frontend solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, security, and scalability best practices for Java 8, Spring, and microservices-based systems.
Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and impediments; drive mitigation plans and timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to enable smooth builds, deployments, and production releases.
Track and report project health using metrics (velocity, burndown, defect trends, throughput) to stakeholders and leadership.
Mentor and guide team members, encouraging knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving.
Engage with clients and business stakeholders to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
