We are looking for a highly skilled Java NMS Lead/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of relevant experience and be familiar with the job market context of India. As a Java NMS Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of network management software and ensuring that it meets the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that are efficient, scalable, and secure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of network management software using Java and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
- Ensure that software solutions are efficient, scalable, and secure
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of network management software development
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-11 years of experience in Java development with a focus on network management software
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate
- Experience with network protocols such as SNMP, Netconf, and Restconf
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
