Java Lead

Primary (Mandatory) Skills

• Java/J2EE Technologies: Expertise in Java, including Java EE and core Java development.
• Spring Framework: Proficiency in developing web applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring DI, and Spring AOP.
• RESTful Web Services: Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Database Technologies: Solid experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Microservices Architecture: Proven ability to develop microservices-based applications.
• Cloud Platforms & Containerization: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies.
• CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong adherence to agile practices, emphasizing quality and standards-based development.

Secondary (Desirable) Skills

• Real-time Messaging: Experience with real-time messaging integration using Kafka or similar frameworks.
• Additional Technologies: Exposure to other programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) is a plus.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading mid to large software engineering teams.
