Job Description
Tech Skills must have:
- Java 8 or above
- Hibernate
- Oracle Db(Should be good in writing queries) & PostGreSQL
- JAX--RS: RestEasy + Jackson for REST API and JSON
- JSP
- Git
- Sonarqube/Sonar lint experience
- Cloud - AWS (basics IAM, SNS, SQS, S3, cloudwatch)
- React.js / Strong JavaScript/jQuery skills (Good to have)
- EJB (Good to have)
- Backbone.js(Good to have)
Additional Notes
- Agile experience is must
- JIRA exposure
- Work experience with US client
Additional Requirements For Tech Lead (only For Lead Positions)
- Architectural Decision Making: Defining the system's architecture (e.g., microservices design, service boundaries), technology roadmap, and overall engineering standards, not just implementing a part of it.
- Technical Team Leadership: Managing the day-to-day work, capacity, and performance of other developers, including delegation, task breakdown, and accountability for team delivery.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Interfacing directly with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Operations to translate high-level business goals into technical execution plans.
- DevOps/CI/CD Governance: Owning the complete automation pipeline, environment provisioning strategy (e.g., Kubernetes/Cloud), and setting the security and performance standards for deployment.
