The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative Java applications and guiding a team of developers. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and unit testing.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs in applications.
- Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
