About Position
We are hiring a Java Developer with strong experience in building scalable backend services and eventdriven applications using Kafka.

What You'll Do:
- Develop backend services and microservices using Java & Spring Boot.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Build and maintain REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement message streaming, consumer groups, and fault-tolerant processing.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and architecture teams for smooth delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 59 years of strong Java development experience.
- Handson expertise with Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets.
- Experience building microservices using Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problemsolving skills.
