Java Fullstack - Senior Engineer

Job Description

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.6-7 years of professional software development experience.

Strong experience inJava, Springboot, Streams and Python for backend development.

Expertise inREST API development, microservices architecture, and batch processing.

Familiarity withORM frameworks, PostgreSQL, and data modeling.

Hands-on experience withAWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS/ECS) and Docker.

Knowledge ofsecure programming practices, cloud security principles, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience withsource control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and Agile workflows.

Proven ability to design and implementlarge-scale, business-critical systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ability to review backend code and optimize performance.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Excellent communication and ability to lead technical discussions across teams.

Design and develop scalable backend services and batch processing systems.

Implementsecure APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party services.

Leadtechnical design discussions and propose solutions for complex backend challenges.

Ensureoperational readiness and provide Level 3 support for backend issues.

Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and mentor junior engineers.

Optimize backend systems for performance, security, and reliability.

Contribute to documentation,code reviews, andbest practices for backend development.
