Java Fullstack Developer (Java+React)

Job Description :

• Application Integration: Develop application systems that seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise applications and legacy platforms, while identifying and implementing the most suitable infrastructure to support evolving business and technology requirements.
• Systems Design & Analysis: Perform detailed system design and analysis, and develop high-quality, efficient code to ensure smooth communication across applications, components, and users.
• Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver clear technical presentations, including solution designs, architectural approaches, and concept overviews to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Functional Teams: Partner closely with functional and business teams to define, refine, and implement technology frameworks that support system development and delivery.
• Client-Side Expertise: Strong experience in client-side programming with a language-agnostic mindset and the ability to work across multiple front-end technologies.
• Full Stack Development: Hands-on experience across the full technology stack, including Java, J2EE, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JSX, JavaScript (ES6), Git, Node.js, npm, and Redux.
• Distributed Systems & Databases:
  Solid understanding of distributed, multi-tier architectures, algorithms, and database concepts.
• SDLC Experience: Proven experience working across the full software development lifecycle, preferably within financial services or similar domains.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity in design, implementation, and progress updates.
• Problem Solving & Time Management: Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging based on the audience.
• Security Awareness: Experience in identifying and mitigating application security vulnerabilities.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Over 5 years of experience working with modern front-end and full-stack technologies including ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JSX, JavaScript (ES6), Git, Node.js, npm, and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in React.js with a deep understanding of its core principles and experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Flux, along with REST API integration.
• Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with good knowledge of software design and common design patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Hands-on expertise in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Bootstrap.
• Good understanding of core JavaScript concepts such as variables, scoping, arrays, and data structures.
• Experience with DOM manipulation and event handling for building interactive user interfaces.
• Knowledge of prototypal inheritance and object creation in JavaScript.
• Ability to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end applications following best practices.
